Privacy
Borgels MCP privacy notice
Borgels stores only the account, organization, provider configuration, audit, and usage data required to operate the hosted gateway.
Data we process
We process user email addresses, organization membership, package settings, provider connection status, tool-call metadata, and redacted audit records. Provider secrets are stored separately from normal configuration and are only accessed server-side.
Tool data
MCP tool inputs and results may pass through Borgels so the gateway can enforce organization policy, call enabled providers, and write audit events. Sensitive token-like fields are redacted before audit storage.
AI processing
Borgels uses AI infrastructure managed and operated by Borgels to propose how your workspace is arranged. Proposals are generated from connection metadata only - which systems are connected, which abilities are available, and coarse counts - never from your business records, and every proposal is validated deterministically before anything is shown or saved. You never configure AI models, endpoints, or prompts in Borgels; your own AI assistant connects separately and is your choice.
Retention and contact
Operational logs and audit records are retained for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. For privacy or deletion requests, contact support@borgels.com.
